Institutional Distinctiveness

The institution claims distinctiveness in the domain of sports. Ever since its inception, the college is known in the region for its excellence in the sporting arena. The college is Overall Champion in Inter-College Games since its affiliation with Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. In the recent years, college athletes have won many distinctions at International and National Levels. Deepak Punia, a student of Bachelor of Arts, has won two consecutive medals in Asian Youth Boxing Championship. Sonia & Simran represented India in Asian Games 2018. Four female football players represented Indian Women U-19 team. Sumit & Suraj were selected in famous Pro Kabaddi League to represent Telegu Titans & Dabang Delhi respectively. The college contributes majority of medals to the affiliating university in All India Inter University Games and Khelo India University Games. The institution has also produced world class coaches. Mr. Anup Kumar, an alumnus of college, has trained Indian Women Boxing players, including the World Champion Mary Kom. The college has achieved immensely in the sports such as Football, Kabaddi, Boxing, Wrestling & Athletics.
